We're so excited for you to tune into the Somatic Solidarity Class. You can find the recording here

How to prepare for this class:

Make sure your space is comfortable and that you are able to fully participate however you’d like (headphones, space to move, a comfortable chair, private space, etc.).

Have water, tea or whatever beverage will keep you hydrated.

Have paper, pen or a device to take notes, doodle, etc.

We hope this class nourishes you, your relationships, and the Collective journey towards Solidarity.

If you're new to somatic work, be gentle with yourself and drink water, as well as reduce caffeine and alcohol after this session.
